Cancellation	No show - 100% of the booking will be charged 7 days before check-in - 50% of the booking will be charged 14 days before check-in - First night will be charged 21 days before check-in - 15% of the booking will be charged 30 days before check-in - Booking fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will be charged with additional fees according to below details: - Cancellation 30 days prior Check-in date: Booking fee is non-refundable. (Booking fee might be equivalent to your first night or depending on the total amount of your reservation.) - Cancellation 21 days prior Check-in: 15% of the booking. - Cancellation 14 days before Check-in: First night of the booking. - Cancellation 7 days before Check in: 50% of the booking. - No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking.

How to get here

From Francisco B. Reyes Airport, you will need to ride an air-conditioned van found at the exit of the airport. The airport transfers rate is 150 pesos per person (one-way) and 300 pesos per person (round-trip). From Pier, you will need to ride a tricycle. Basic fare would range from 20-50 pesos per person and still may vary in case you have baggage/luggage.
